Even without a teen driver in the house, you might consider it as a way to check whether you are adding unnecessary wear and tear on your car through your driving habits. Do I just sign up? Or do I need to order a device for my car first. I have WiFi available in my 2022 Malibu. I am not sure how to start of sign up and turn it on.
You can set up new Hum+ Gen 2 service by contacting our Sales Team at 800-256-4646 (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM, Sunday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time). Does the Hum work with Carlinkit Tbox UHD Android 13 CarPlay AI Box? Also, does the Hum get charged by the OBD port?

How do I recover a lost password?
To reset your Hum by Verizon password, you can: 1. Open the Hum app. 2. Select Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen. 3. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you're still having trouble, you can call Hum Customer Service at (800) 711-5800.
