It didn’t come with a charging cord that I could find in the box. I didn’t realize it until it came time to charge it that it took a different cord from my iPhone 11. I’m disappointed that the sales person didn’t double check and ask me about it.. But I’m an adult and I guess he was expecting me to know what I needed. It would be helpful if staff would assist in up selling, if the charging cord does not come in with any of your items then that would be a perfect item to sell, or at least offer to sell. I thought everything would be there that I needed, I have not used them since… Sad…

Most earbuds don’t fit my ears, but these are no exception. I can wiggle my head around and they fit perfectly. They also sound great. They’re one of the best sounding earbuds. May be the best turning earbuds I’ve ever had. Easily five stars

Amazing sound from these! Very comfortable also. I can easily forget I have them in. My only real complaint is the charging port. It seems logical to think Air Pods are going to be paired with a phone a majority of the time. Why give them a different port type from the phone? Very inconvenient to keep track of two separate cables now.
