The Ultrahuman Ring AIR is the World's Lightest Smart Ring that accurately measures your Sleep, HRV, Movement, and Temperature, with insights to help you improve your health every day. The Ring lasts up to 6 days on a complete charge.¹

Ultrahuman Ring sizes are different from standard ring sizes. Use a the Ultrahuman Ring AIR Sizing Kit first and purchase the perfect Ring AIR size for you. Ring AIR is available in 10 sizes from 5-14.

Derived to help you understand the various sleep stages, such as Deep Sleep, REM Sleep, Light Sleep, and Being Awake, Ring AIR will help you understand the different metabolic processes of the body that occur for growth, repair, restoration, and maintenance. Intelligently designed to be your sole metric for sleep health, it assesses your total sleep duration, resting heart rate, and restfulness, creating a comprehensive picture of your sleep quality.

Movement index
With the right nudges and biofeedback, it helps you stay active and optimize for better cardiovascular functioning. Developed to help you get in more movement, more often, Ring AIR also helps you track your steps, calories, and workouts.

Recovery score
Get insights into various recovery signals your body sends throughout the day, enabling a deeper comprehension of its needs. It is derived from a blend of key metrics, including Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Skin Temperature, interpreting the signals your body sends and enabling you to monitor your overall well-being.

Workout tracking
The Ultrahuman Ring AIR has a dedicated 'Workout Mode' that tracks various activities, giving you deeper insight into your overall workout metrics. It is quite a joke that this was sent to me. I ordered three rings December 26. Money taken and transaction complete. I waited and watched for the date of delivery only to find the order was cancelled. We waited all day and the order was cancelled four days earlier without any notification. This company is a mess and overcharging for their poor services. Terrible service to a long time customer…Shame on you AND to not even be aware of this costly time consuming debacle. What a blunder and what a joke.

Never received product. After placing order, status on website showed that it shipped and a delivery date was given. A day before delivery, the status was changed to delay in shipment and I have heard nothing since. It has been almost a week.

Is the sizing the same for the Ring Air as it is for the Galaxy Ring? I already bought the Galaxy Ring sizing kit and don't want to purchase another kit.

Does the ring have any type of tracking/GPS capabilities?

If you have your phone with you and allow the app to access GPS, the activities will include a route map as well as HR and calories. So the Ultrahuman ring can now be considered a workout tracker to some extent, unless you have a sports tester or other device on your wrist. -Joe
