I bought this watch as a replacement for my aging Galaxy Watch 3. It has been glitchy since day one. The GPS tracking is terrible. I have used Samsung products and Samsung health to track my running for years. I have been running the same routes for years. The distance and pace on the Galaxy watch 4 had been inconsistent at best. It often tracks me as running through a yard or the water. I have tried all the tricks to make the GPS more accurate, but nothing has helped. I never had this issue with my Galaxy 2. I don't want to give up my Samsung Health, as I have used it for several years, but am now looking at other brands because of how consistently bad this watch has been.

I've had this watch for over a year now and have loved
it, but now it's starting to die real quick. I charge it everyday and the passed couple of days it's not even lasting the whole day. I hope it's just a fluke and will start working properly as I have 17 more payments to make.

If you only watch it, you can't use it as a standalone watch. It has to be by your phone at all times meaning that if your phone dies you can't use your watch if you flick your phone at home. You still can't use your watch so for my opinion.It's not a good watch. And the fact that nobody even told me about it really upset me more.

As the title says this is the second galaxy watch that just died. I tried all the suggestions online. The watch won't charge and I can't reset it. I am reluctant to buy another galaxy watch at this point.

I loved my Samsung Watch when I first bought it. Four months ago I started getting a 911 message which I now know means the watch is overheated. Suddenly.I had trouble charging my watch. At Christmas I thought I was going to need to replace the watch. I had a different wireless charger and was able to charge. Last month I began receiving the same 911 messages (overheating). I let it cool down and was able to use another wireless charger, but it would lose power quickly. After a few days it stopped charging. When I contacted Samsung, they said it must have water damage. It's supposed to be waterproof!!
