The tablet is nice and kid friendly. There were issues setting up the tablet due to me having an iPhone and the tablet being a Samsung. We couldn’t access the phone because I couldn’t scan the QR code with my iPhone. Then 6 days later the tablet went dead and hasn’t powered back up. Won’t charge. Nothing!!

The soft, puffy cover provides protection from life's little accidents, while the adjustable kickstand allows for hands-free viewing and play on the go.
If your device is not charging, it could be due to several reasons. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
**Verify the device's components.**
1. If your device indicates that the temperature is too low to charge, unplug the charger and allow it to return to a normal temperature before proceeding.
2. Check that the device, charger, and USB cable show no signs of physical damage.
3. Inspect for liquid damage. The indicator is located inside the SIM or SD slot and will appear pink or red if it has been exposed to liquid.
4. Examine the USB connections for corrosion or bent pins.
5. Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to the charging port. If your device detects a poor USB connection, an error will be displayed.
6. Inspect the device, charger, and USB cable for dust or other foreign materials.
7. If you are using a wireless charger, verify that your tablet is compatible with wireless charging.

I bought this tablet for my grandson for Christmas and it did not disappoint. Its lightweight and my grandson loves the kids apps that are pre-installed. Especially the color on screen with the included "crayons ". He absolutely loves it.

I bought this to replace a 12 years old samsung galaxy tablet. I think I don't have to tell you that samsung made a quality products that last for years and not for a couple, been realistic and honest with the today cost of leaving it's umpossible to spend a lot of money on electronics every year. so I always I purchase something thinking that I want it for many years.

This tablet has the slowest charging time I have seen on any device in the last 5 years. Also, it will break on you. I have had this for less than six months, and it will no longer charge. Do not waste your money.
