Very disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with this transaction. The phone has never shipped per the order detail. I placed the ordered on October 31st and there has been no update since then. I started a chat with customer service but got frustrated due to the slow conversation. I placed a request to cancel the order with Verizon automated phone service this past weekend and was told I would get a cancellation confirmation text within 24 hour. I’m still waiting on that text and I keep checking the order status and it is still the same. I’m really disappointed. I was going to head to one of the Verizon store and buy a new SE but none of the stores in the area had the version I wanted. I just need to go to the Apple Store now.

Paid for overnighr delivery and arrived too late, I ended up sending it back and cancelling order. Verizon charges for a service that wasn’t delivered as advertised.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The phone looks like it is brand new and works well now that I have it set up. I would have given 5 stars except one step was missing from the set-up instructions, Up date iOS first. That caused me to be on the phone for over an hour to get the phone activated.

We bought a phone not needed, as we were told our old phone was not fixable. When they down loaded the new phone it had the same exact problem. The technician went into 3 screens and fixed the problem immediately. We didn’t need the new phone.
