S24+ not a Quality device, I would not recommend

The S24+ is not a quality device, In the 30 days I have owned this device I have experienced many technical issues. The basic function of receiving texts works on an inconsistent basis, I have more than two updates on a device that is Samsung's latest model. the data transfer didn't worked as expected I had to complete the process three times before all of my data was transferred from my previous device (Samsung).

Very good phone, I just upgraded from Samsung S 22+5G . This one has better battery , 12 GB RAM, Snapdragon processor, and few more things like camera, phone size, etc. I can highly recommended.

I bought the Galaxy 24+ after owning a Moto Stylus 5G for 2 years. What a difference. The 24+ has so much more capabilities. First, it works seamlessly with my Galaxy watch, which the Moto did not. The 24+ has a great screen, takes very good pictures (although I haven't tried many of the extensive features of the camera and software) and is so customizable. The phone has all the latest features that you could need (ex. wireless and fast charging, AI apps, etc.). Definitely a great phone and getting it "free" with a trade-in of my old phone it was a no brainer to purchase.

I placed my order and had the account number and the port number from my previous carrier ready to go but I got a message to go into a Verizon store with my physical American Express card to pay and pick up my phone. The store rep said it would be easier if he just started a new order. I was put on a conference call with Verizon customer service and Xfinity customer service at the same time and the reps were talking to eacher and asking me questions, I would be told one thing and then be told no but not sure which was wich and I had to lay the phone down and walk away so the sales rep would have to take over the conversation with the 2 companies. Anoth person walked over not sure of the name or title but he said I will waive the activation fee and credit your account $50 , I think he could see I was about to stop everything and go down the roaf to Spectrum mobile. Five hours after I entered the store I had my new phone with a temporary number and I had my old phone that I was trading in for $1000 so I could work with my previous carrier and see why the port information wasn't working.. I was able to work with Xfinity for about 3 hours and got a new port number and information for the rep to finished the setup of my new phone. When I got my first bill there was a $50 credit but the activation fee was charged. Because I was porting my number online the sales rep said I would get the $300 gift card even though he was setting everything up. I know the gift card takes like 6 to 8 weeks but some sort of acknowledgement should be sent so A new customer isn't trying to fight for what was promised. It was the free phone and $300 gift card with the $1000 trade in that got me to choose Verizon over Spectrum when I started looking for a new carrier. It was a rough and trying and very frustrating situation for a new customer which is why I waited to fill this out so I could calm down and give honest feedback.

I traded in my old phone in August and have had nothing but problems with it. I've been in the store aleast every day and sometimes twice a day and it still is not right. I wanted to send it back before the 30 days, but they said it's fixed, but no it wasn't! Please give a solution to my problem.
